The now famous Yellow Squirrel-Proof Birdfeeder has arrived! As you can see, Thomas is a happy birder.
Molly reports that it was easy to assemble, and it telescopes. This allows you to add more or less seed as desired.
It is still simple for Thomas to fill. The wide-open top may mean less lost seed! Bonus! (Take note: if the seed bag is too big, you may lose your child inside.)
It looks adorable hanging in the tree, and so far, no squirrel invasions.
Thomas gets points for using his “Noculars.” We need to move just a tiny bit away from the feeder. LOL!
The neighbor’s tree is a great place to look for birds!
Did everyone take note that Thomas is repping Anguilla in that fantastic shirt?
Thanks to everyone for the bird feeder suggestions and thoughts on how to keep those pesky squirrels away. The boys have birthdays coming up in August. It’s a great time to add a new feeder and start one-year-old Teddy on his birding journey.
Further thanks to Molly and Tommy. These two amazing parents are helping to develop nature-loving kids. It’s not easy with all they have on their plates.
Take a walk on the wild side!
Love the feeder. Thomas is very cute and looks so happy. Now he will have lots of birds to watch. Thank you for sharing.
