How it Ended: It’s 6:45 pm as I pull into my driveway exhausted with my cell phone and camera batteries spent. I get out of the car to a familiar squawk. It is the elusive Yellow-crowned Night Heron. The last species on what was a marathon FallGlobalBig Day!
