I always keep my eye out when on the island. The Sandy Ground patch-is that at the end of the road around the north side of the salt pond? That's the only place I've seen them in numbers. We used to see a solitary plant on the road to Nat's Place, and once at the edge of the salt pond on Rendezvous Bay. Colville Petty once corrected me when I made a reference to "Sea Island cotton," which actually descended from seeds from Anguilla or thereabouts.

Yes the same patch Roger. Sandy Ground has many plants on the beach side as well.
